Mobile & Install as App

Clockwise is a Progressive Web App, so you can install it to your phone or desktop home screen and use it like a native app.

Mobile Timesheet Entry

The timesheet entry page automatically switches to a phone-friendly day-by-day view on small screens. Pick a day from the strip along the top and every charge code already on that timesheet is listed for it: the ones with time logged first, then the rest under Not logged today, showing a dash. Tap any of them to enter hours — logging time on a fresh day is a tap and a number, not a trip through the charge-code picker. You can:

Tap a listed charge code to log, change, or clear hours for the selected day.

Use Add charge code for a code that isn't on the timesheet yet; it then shows up on every day of the period, the same as a row on desktop.

Add notes and edit reasons.

Submit your timesheet for approval.

Codes that can't take hours on the selected day — a future date, or a day outside the code's window or your assignment — are listed greyed out with the reason. If the timesheet carries a lot of codes, the unlogged ones past the first few collapse behind Show N more codes.

If you'd rather use the spreadsheet-style grid, rotate to landscape or use a tablet/desktop.

Installing the App

When you visit Clockwise from a supported browser, an Install Clockwise prompt appears in the sidebar.

iOS Safari — Tap the Share icon, then Add to Home Screen.

Android Chrome / Edge — Tap the install button in the address bar or the prompt in the sidebar.

Desktop Chrome / Edge — Click the install icon in the address bar.

Installed, Clockwise launches in its own window and feels like a native app — no browser chrome, faster cold starts, and offline-friendly cached UI.
