Calendar Integration (iCal)

Clockwise can display events from an external calendar on the Team Calendar page.

Setup

Go to Settings → Company → Calendar Integration and paste an iCal URL from your calendar provider. The URL must use HTTPS.

Google Calendar

Open Google Calendar and go to Settings.

Find the calendar you want to share under Settings for my calendars.

Scroll to Integrate calendar and copy the Secret address in iCal format.

Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook on the web and go to Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars.

Under Publish a calendar, select the calendar and choose ICS.

Copy the generated link.

What It Shows

Once connected, events from the external calendar appear as entries on the Team Calendar alongside time-off requests and holidays. This gives teams a unified view of availability.
