Account Roster
The Roster tab on Account Detail answers "who is on this program right now?" — everyone holding a charge code on the account, grouped by the CLIN they charge to. Find it between Structure and Subcontractors.
What It Shows
Pick a Period of Performance (it opens on the one containing today) and each CLIN lists the people assigned to a charge code underneath it:
Charge codes linked to the account but not to any CLIN (other direct costs, for example) collect under Not tied to a CLIN. Use Search to narrow the whole roster by name, title, or charge code.
What "Current" Means
The tab shows only assignments that are live today. "Live" is the overlap of two windows — the person's assignment dates *and* the charge code's own dates — so a code that ends takes its assignments with it, and a deactivated code drops off entirely.
A person who has been deactivated but still holds an open assignment stays listed with an Inactive badge — usually a sign the assignment should be closed out.
Copying the Roster
Copy puts the roster on your clipboard as one table per CLIN, formatted so it pastes as a real table into an email and as columns into Excel or Google Sheets. It copies the rows currently on screen, so search first if you only want part of the roster. The copy also carries each person's email address, which the table itself leaves out.
Who Can See It
Admins, owners, and finance can open the Roster on any account. A regular user who is an account manager on the account sees it too, read-only — it's the fastest way for a program manager to confirm their team's charge codes are set up correctly. Assignments themselves are managed from Settings → Charge Codes or from a user's profile; see Managing Charge Codes.
